Questions drivers ask
How does Navitruck know which roads my truck can't use?
You enter your vehicle once — height, width, length, axle count, axle and gross weight, tunnel category and hazardous-goods class. Every route is then calculated against road restrictions for that profile, so low bridges, weight-limited roads and prohibited tunnels are avoided from the start, not discovered on the way.
Do restriction alerts work when the app is in the background?
Yes. Navitruck keeps guiding while another app is in front or the screen is locked. You hear the alert and see it as a notification, with the distance to the restriction, camera or hazard ahead.
Does it work without mobile signal?
Yes. Download the regions you drive in before you leave and Navitruck routes and guides you fully offline with 3D maps. All regions are included in Premium at no extra cost.
